looking for oblt. Franz Trowall of 8/JG77 wia for many times,and later kia

I have some losses for JG 77 during 1943 and 1944
I wish to know how much combat time and age OLT Franz Trowall had when shot down on 17 july 1944 near Turnu Severin ciry, romania
He was mentioned to be an african veteran of austrian origin (living in Wien) but I only have one claim of his on 23 october 1943 in Italy, nothing more for 1942/1943
I wish to know some more about this guy.
All I know is that he got wounded on 23 december 1943 in Italy, something I do not understand how this may come, since by that time the group he belong to (III JG 77 ) was already based in Mizil, Romania ,since november 1943, to protect the romanian oil.
I have photo of his during a permission in Reich dated may 1944, and he is holding an iron cross on his chest. The poor guy got wounded again on 31 may over Romana, and kia on 15 july.
