Does anyone know the identity of these two pilots? Thank you.

The pilot on the left appears to be Werner Schroer.

Thanks Jeremy. I forgot to ask in my first post, but is the tiger emblem in this photo a variation of a JG 26 emblem or is it a personal emblem?

The chap on the left is not Werner Schroer.

The badge is of III./JG 11.
