Russian bombing of Germany

I know that the Russian ADD and the Baltic Fleet Aviation raided Germany from time to time even striking Berlin.
Does anyone have any statistics for the sorties in 1941, 1942 and the first half of 1943?

Re: Russian bombing of Germany

Depends, which language do you know?

In Russia there are many text about air attacks on Berlin in 1941 or other actions of long range units (books, memories etc.). There is internet Russian library a few books about them.

In 2002 I had edited two articles in Poland about Soviet air actions over Berlin in 1941 (DB-3T and DB-3F and TB-7 and Yer-2).

Probably on Russian sides you may find such information.

Reagards,
MirekW

PS
Below my texts only in Polish about these 10 air raids against Berlin.
1)Red Stars over Berlin (DB-3, DB-3F in air attack in VIII, IX 1941). Czerwone gwiazdy nad Berlinem, p. 6, 7 b&w photos, [in:] Lotnictwo Wojskowe 4/2002.
1)Tragic Mission. Russian “Flying Fortress” over Berlin (TB-7 and Yer-2 agains Berlin on 10/11 August 1941). Tragiczna misja. Rosyjskie „latajuszczie kreposti” nad Berlinem, p. 6, 8 b&w photos, [in:] Lotnictwo Wojskowe 5/2002.

Mirek
Thanks for that but I am not just looking at Berlin.
I have now discovered there were about 100 sorties against Berlin in 1941 but I know the Russians hit targets in East Prussia during 1942 and 1943 and would very much like to get the figures.
It was because of these atatcks that the 'Kammhuber Line' was extended into the eastern part of the Reich during 1943.

Re: Russian bombing of Germany

I am interested in the bombing of Tilsit, Insterburg and Gumbinnen in July and August 1944. Where can I find any information about these attacks ?

Re: Russian bombing of Germany

Yes, this is easier, for example between 23 VI 41 up to V 1943 Soviet ADD had six times had attacked Warsaw for example. The same atatck were again daone in VII 1944. There were of course other targets bombed by Soviet in Poland too.

Dependans hwo you difine eastern part of Rich, I supposes that in this area were Polish territory attached to the Riech like two big Polish cities Lódź/Lizmanstad, or Poznań/Posen or Katowice?

Regards
MirekW

PS
I do not remeber such perticular stories/monographs, but I think that in some Russian memories there are told such particular mission over "Germany territory". I had met twice in with them, but it was a few years ago and just now I do not remeber exactly author's names and titles.
