B-24 oxygen tank

Just to show you what I found, a B-24 /correct?/ oxygen tank. From an aircraft downed in Bulgaria, 1943 or 44. Now hoping to get the location where it comes from /some village, but still don't have the name!/ , this will enable me to find out the date of the crash and who shot it. And having the date and location, possibly may find the unit and crew names, too. But one thing at a time - now here is the tank, lets hope the location will be told, too!

Re: B-24 oxygen tank

Yes it was, it is a standard US made tank. I was given one a few years back which came from a B-25 and it is identical.
