Crash Hampden AT236 'GX-R'

I am looking for some information on the crash of Hampden AT236 'GX-R' of 415 RCAF 'Swordfish' sqdn.
The aircraft took-off on 29th May 1942 from Thorney Island on an Anti-shipping patrol mission.
Does anyone know at what time the aircraft took-off and when and where it crashed?

Jan
