As I try to trace an american pilot, I am asking if there is somewhere a list of all american's pilots of world war two ??
Or what service could help to find him ?

I don't think you will find a listing of American pilots by itself.


There is a database of American soldiers located here:

If you can find his name here it may give you hints about where he was born, where he enlisted and perhaps his peacetime occupation.


More specific information may be found if you can identify his unit. Many groups and squadrons have web sites that mention members.
