Research Question

Hello: My first post here. I have a question about markings on a Luftwaffe Standard I have. There is a small embroidery in the field of the flag "T.S.9". It is original to the flag, and I'm wondering if this could be a unit marking, and if so, what unit? It's a standarte for flight units, and is the same one pictured in my avatar. Thank you, Joe
