Sqn Ldr George Ernest Lapwood

Hello Everyone,

Just thought I'd make it more widely known that Sqn Ldr George Lapwood (a veteran of 57 Sqn, a Blenheim Sqn operating in France during 1939/40) sadly passed away after a short illness in June of this year.

I mention this because I have only just become aware of his passing after attempting to get in touch with him quite recently, and wanted to prevent anyone else from making a similar mistake and causing unnecessary distress to his family.
