Looking for Leon Goetz Bio Data

Good evening,

I am helping a friend who tries to "rebuild" his father's career.

Leon Goetz was a Bloch152 pilot in 1940 with GC II 10, he was shot down once but parachuted safely, he scored two kills (one 109 and one 110) tried to escape to spain after June 1940, was captured then finished the war at Dora prisoners' camp.

After the war, he made a career in the French Air Force.

Can you help me finding information on him ?

Txs, best regards

GC

Thanks a lot,

fascinating to see that a French man asking a question about a French pilot gets an answer from a British citizen: It is a small world !

Best regards
