Looking for information on a 308 (polish(Squadron RAF..
Spitfire.
The photo I have seen is here about half way down with Wacławowi Stańskiemu and Mechanic Kazimierz Załuski http://www.polishairforce.pl/dyw308zdj.html This Spitfire has many mission marking in the photo and I was wondering if some one knew the code and serial number for this Spiyfire ? Any information is welcomed. Thank you for your time. Rick

First of all, I do not recall any Polish squadrons RAF. I would rather say "under command of RAF". The pilot's name in fact was Wacław Stański. Unfortunately - as I have this photo - there is no serial number visible. Perhaps Wojtek can help ...? Peter
