Lt Lothar Badewitz, 6/SG 101

The above pilot was probably shot down by Jaspis of 609 Sqn at Chateau de La Fortune 2 Nov 43. Can anyone confirm his death was in combat and who was killed with him?

Hi Chris,
On 02. Nov. 1943 6./Schl.G 101 West of Chateau de la Fortune airborned fire (Bordwaffenbeschuss) Bü 131 WNr. 0184 100%. Ltn. badewitz Lothar F and Uffz. von Uleth Theodor F both killed.

Source is Gen.Qu. school and other units.
