July 27,1943 JG-2 losses

Does anyone have the losses for JG-2 on July 27,1943? Pierre Clostermann claimed his first two victories on this date.

A FW 190 A-6 of I/JG 2 at Gonneville/Pont L'Eveque; a FW 190 A-6 of 2/JG 2 at Annebault; A Bf 109 G-6 of 11/JG a at Le Plancay/St Mars; A FW 190 A-6 of Stab/JG 2 at 1807 hrs at Lisieux; A Bf 109 G-6 of 5/JG 2 into Somme Estuary. Anything match?

Thanks Chris. According to Shores, his victories are listed as two Fw-190s "S. Trouville". Guess I'll go to Google earth and see where this is.

Re: July 27,1943 JG-2 losses

Hello,

encounter with Fw190, and air fight, around 20km south of Trouville, doesn't mean the Fw190s crashed there...
Sources for that day: "Le grand cirque", "Les carnets de René Mouchotte", Mission Reports Sqn 341 and Marauder men, J.O. Moench.
there is one victory before these "first two" on 17 Juin 1943, a Bf 109; Credited(?)

Cheers, Franck.

The two Fw-190s are listed in the Chris Shores book and his book , "The Big Show" as his first victories.
