The Australian National Archives should be able to help.

What are the two documents and what is the problem you have with them?

Have you and the relative accessed his service records from the Australian national archives.

there is a button below the screen you type in which says 'manage Attachments' click on that and follow the instructions.

regards

Dennis

Re: need some help to find history of Austrailian navy man

his entry on the AWM Nominall Roll:
http://www.ww2roll.gov.au/script/vet...eranID=1115719

Edward John GLANVILLE B/V271 Royal Australian Navy

And I assume it was his raltive that accessed his service record on the Australian national Archives
http://recordsearch.naa.gov.au/Searc...arcode=4423605
(the above link likely won't work as its from a database search result)

maybe you can tell us whats pages of the online service record you needed investigated.
