could this be the buckle of a Junkers88 ?

It is quite heavy, and was found in a field wher a JU88 crashed.

Your opinion is welcome.

Best regards to you all.

Hello Gilles
I think this piece belongs to an attachment seat (or maybe the parachute harness)
To be confirmed

Bonjour Gilles

Re: could this be the buckle of a Junkers88 ?

Bonjour Gilles

Hello Gilles

In the bottom right of the photo, it seems to me to read "Baumuster. If yes, type of device should be following (if still visible?)

Underneath, there should be "Anf.Z." and a "Ln ...." or "Fl ..."

With himself "Ln", you find what instrument it is.
