Sgt. J(?) Meredith 263 Sqdn 1942 info please
Evening all.
Does anyone have any information on the above pilot please? I know that he was posted out of 263 Squadron and into 175 Squadron RAF in June of 1942. Apart from this I have no information about him. Not even his name. Thank you all in advance. Paul

Hi Paul,
It must be F/S J. E. Meredith who was with 263 Sqn from 1/7/1941 until 7/6/1942 when was posted to 175 Sqn. He claimed one He 111 during Dieppe raid, and his CR is online available on the NA web. See http://www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/d...&resultcount=1 Best regards, Michal
