Hi Phil
I assume that you mean militärdienststelle Aachen, translated as War department in Aachen. Today this would be the Federal Ministry of Defence (Bundesministerium der Verteidigung, BMVg). The headquarters is at the Hardthöhe in Bonn. I do not know what government departments might be in Aachen. Perhaps you need to explain why you need this address? Ian
