Luftwaffe aircraft production plans

Hello all,

For checking the USSBS account of produced aircraft for the Luftwaffe, I was wondering whether someone could help me with a copy/copies of the LP 225, 226 and 227 production plans ?

I am especially interested in the numbers for the planned He219 production, knowing that 'plans' and 'reality' in the Third Reich are 2 different entities

You may also contact me privately at marcelhogenhuis[at]gmail.com

Many thanks in advance and a nice weekend!

Re: Luftwaffe aircraft production plans

According to the RLM Flugzeug-Programm 227 of 15.12.1944, the production of the He 219 was as follows:

He 219A-0 EHFW ordered 40 delivered up to 30.11.44 40
He 219A-0 EHFR ordered 4 delivered up to 30.11.44 4

He 219A-0 EHFR ordered 49 delivered up to 30.11.44 49
He 219A-0 EHFR ordered 11 delivered up to 30.11.44 11

He 219A-2 EHFW ordered 11 delivered up to 30.11.44 11
He 219A-2 EHFR ordered 74 delivered up to 30.11.44 74

He 219A-7 EHFR ordered 210 delivered up to30.11.44 0

He 219D-1 EHFW ordered 5 delivered up to 30.11.44 0
I do not know the difference between the two A-0 series. It may
be different engines.

Re: Luftwaffe aircraft production plans

Hello Seaplanes,

Thanks for responding so quickly, I knew of these numbers from a thread in the past whether the He219 A-7 ever had DB603G engines. I must search for the copu of this document you are referring to, to answer your question what the difference between the A-0's are, there might have been a typo in the original or the numbers copied from that original.

Rostock made 15 A-0's but most (106) were made by the Schwechat/Vienna facilities.

Patiently awaiting news about the 225 and 226 production plans, all the best,

Marcel
