FO Mac-Mahon 92 Sqn
Hi to all,
I'm looking for information about FO 'Happy' Mac-Mahon from 92 Squadron, shot down and killed on 5 March 1943 over Tunisia. Thanks Thierry |

CWGC has Canadian F/O Bernard Lawrence McMahon (J/6379) of 92 Sqn RAF lost on 5 Mar 43. Regards, Drew |

Thank you very much. It will be easyer now to find the Spitfire he flew. On 5 March an other Canadian from 601 Sqn, William Richard Percival 'Percy' Sewell (J/6290) landed safely though he had some bullet wounds in his left leg after attacked by a Bf 109. It seems that 92 and 601 Sqn shared the same airfield. Regards , Thierry |

F/O David Bernard Lawrence McMAHON - RCAF J/6379, age 26 from Ottawa, Ontario, flying Spitfire VB serial ER646 was shot down by a Bf 109 and crashed near Pisida, Tunisia.

Great ! Thank you very much. According to "Fighters over Tunisia" he was shot down by Hptm Heinz Bär Kommandeur of I./JG 77. Regards, Thierry |
