Gentlemen,

for those of you who take an interest in the eBay offers of Bf 109 photos there are two items you should take a closer look at; a seller with the pseudonym mr. kite is offering two photos of what should be a Bf 109 G flown by Hermann Graf, markings apparently "green 1", ergo JG 50. The eBay numbers are

280 737 071 306 and 280 737 016 189

I can't help but to me these two shots although praised as 100 % original form the 1939 - 45 period, look definitely like model photos. The seller claims that the originals are better than the eBay thumbnails, yet its not the quality of the photos but rather that of the aircraft depicted that puzzles me. I would gladly appreciate your opinion and wouldn't mind being proven wrong - if these photos did in fact show an original Messerschmitt Bf 109 G, they would certainly be quite interesting.

The pair of photos look suspicious to me, indeed.
Incidentally, I never buy from this seller, Mr. Kite, as many of his photos look dubious, and I cannot afford to learn a lesson the hard way.
