did col Swartz and Major MacCloud fly with the 373rd at Norfolk?

Hi all,

Could someone say if one of the above name concerns an officer /or two, having been flying in the 373rd FG; or maybe 373rd sqauadron?

place evocated is Norfolk.

I just know that those names are evocated as having been related with that squadron-group number and place.

Colonel William H. Schwartz was CO of 373rd FG from 25 Aug 43 till 17 Nov 44.
There was a Major Donald W. Mcleod as CO of 412th FS, 373rd FG, but this was in 1943 before the Group went to England.
