Crashed Ju88 of 6./KG 3

Hi
At eBay here there is a photo of a crashed Ju 88, 5K+CP of 6./KG 3. The seller claims 1942? Are there any further details on this?

Ian

Re: Crashed Ju88 of 6./KG 3

Hello Ian!

Nice shot of a Ju 88 A-4!

In the "Luftwaffe Codes and Markings" book by Barry Rosch is a photograph of a "sister"-plane. (5K+BP)

Markings are identical with the ebay-photograph. So yellow C with rest of the markings outlined in yellow.

5K+BP - Photograph is dated with 1942. Location Russia!
So the ebay-pic should be at the same time and location.

Cheers, Simon
