"Feldwebel Richter" 19.07.1943 ?

On the 19.07.1943 the body of a Fw Richter was washed ashore near Sheerness on the north coast of Kent, are there any suggestions to his identity?
Thanks
Joe

Hi Joe,

There is a Fw. Hermann Richter a 'B' from Do217 M-1 U5+EL which may be linked to a claim off the Humber by S/L Lawrence with F/Sgt Wilmer of 410 Sqd. on the 13/14-7-43,

Regards

Brian,
Thanks, I'll need to find the NVM for this loss to get his age, it could prove relevant, the VDK do not have him listed as missing.
Cheers
Joe

Joe,

Other Richters - Bf Ofw Helmut Richter of 3/KG2 missing from an attack on London 3/4-3-43, his no. 58906/90 his dob is hard to read but could be 11-2-18 or possibly 1910?
Bm Uffz Alfred Richter of 6/KG2 missing off Sunderland 15/16-5-43
For elimination B Uffz. Fritz Richter of 3/KG2 in collision over Bristol Channel 17/18-5-44 now buried Greenbank Cemetery, Bristol.
I see the Fw Richter washed ashore at Sheerness on 19-7-43 was originally buried at Halfway House, Sheppey shame his first name is not recorded,

Joe another one - Ff Fw Herbert Richter of 1/KG2 missing from London raid on 3/4-3-43 his dob is 3-6-1917. Another researcher thought he may have been the Richter washed ashore on 19-7-43 but I do not know what evidence he may have had

John, thanks for the info. would you be able to confirm the dob of Bf Ofw Helmut Richter of 3/KG2 missing 3/4-3-43,

Brian,

Nope, I do not have the VLM of Bf Ofw Helmut Richter of 3/KG2 missing 3/4-3-43.
