What happened to Elias Kuhlein's G-6 163269

Hello,

Elias Kuhlein flown Bf 109G-6 WNr 163269 in the summer of 1944 with the 4./JG51. Does anybody know what happened to his G-6 WNr 163269 in the later stages of the war?

Regards,

Batur

The daily loss reports being missing for most of 1944, we may never know it's fate unless it shows up in some of the Allied Intel/Ultra stuff that guys like Nick Beale are working through, or from an NVM/WASt casualty report - if so, likely from another unit. I have a pretty complete casualty list for JG 51 which does include 1944, and no one was reported killed or injured in that plane. Of course, Mr. Prien and his team have yet to publish anything from 1944 -maybe they will have something?
