Bf 110 G9+JM

Greetings all,

as I have informed this machine get top coat of the single color at top surfaces and sources I know state it as green color. What green color and is there any images of this machine? Machine I talk about is from 4./NJG 1, based at St. Trond.

Cheers

Hi Pilot

I have this image, not that you can tell which colour adorns the upper surfaces but it may help in other ways. Certainly it looks as if another colour has been applied over the black.

Cheers!

Chris

Re: Bf 110 G9+JM

Hi Pilot, the colour was RLM 72 Seegrün and was temporarily applied for the covering of the operation Donnerkeil, the passage of Scharnhorst and Gneisenau through the channel. The RLM 72 was a greyish tone although it is described as Seegrün.
