Fw 58 of Luftflottennachrichtenschule 4, 30 March 1941
Hello,
On 30 March 1941 a Fw 58 of Luftflottennachrichtenschule 4 was destroyed in a crash near Sonneberg. I am missing the WNr and the crew fate (even if I suspect that in this case there was no casualty). I will also appreciate if someone can give more details about the crash location: there are 4 Sonneberg in Germany, but as the unit was based in Budweis, now Ceske Budejovice in Czech Republic, it is also possible that the crash place is now in Czech territory and bears an other name. All four Sonneberg in Germany are also close enough from the Czech border to be candidates for this crash. Thanks in advance Laurent |
