It's a late war Luftwaffe issued leather flight jacket, sometimes referred to as the Reich Defense Jacket. These were issued in 1944-45, usually in dark brown or a shade of grey. Most were electrically wired for heated gloves. The jacket pictured has white plastic sleave zippers making it one of the later ones.
