Hi John,

A week ago, Jay Slater of Fonthill Media posted the following:

We are still waiting for the delivery of all materials to us. Once we receive them, we shall get to work with gusto!

so it seems unlikely that the book will be out in March. I'm looking forward to this one (placed my order in Apr 2012), so hopefully we'll see it this year.
