Focke Wulf White One

Just visited American Aero Services at the New Smyrna Beach Airport in Florida. Besides the Collings B-17, B-24, and P-51 there for annual inspections, they have a lot of the collection from Fw190 'White One' and will be completing that A model restoration along with a D model. Among the parts I viewed there were a full wing restoration, and nearly manufactured Fw main spars. Two Jumo blocks on the shelf and about 4 drop tanks. They are also building a V-2 with a completely restored engine. White One is supposed to be there by summer and will take a few years.

Re: Focke Wulf White One

Corrections: White One is an F model and it is the Collings Foundation who acquired the Focke Wulf collection.
