USAS losses in Germany 1919

In the written school history from an small village near Coblence I found this:

21. Februar 1919
"Absturz eines amerikanischen Fliegermajors. Am 21.02. stürzte ein Flieger in der Nähe von Schibigeich ab. Es verbrannte mit dem Führer, dem Kommandanten der amerikanischen Fliegertruppe in Koblenz. beim Absturz auf die Erde. Der Apparat war ein deutscher Doppeldecker."

08. Mai 1919
"2nd Lt. James Burr Hickman (08.10.1892) stürzt bei Koblenz ab. Er gehörte zur 5th Pursuit Group 41st Aero Squadron"
================================================== =========

21.Febr. 1919
An Major from the US Aeroservice crashed near the small town of Schibigeich. The Major (Commanding Officer from the US Aeroservice in Koblenz-Karthause) died in the crash. The plane was an german biplane (Fokker DII?)

8. Mai 1919
2nd Ltn. James Burr Hickman (08.10.1892) died in an crash near Koblenz.
He serve with 5th PG, 41st AS"

Are more details, especialy for the unknown Major on hand?

Thanks,
Hans

P.S.
At Koblenz-Karthause, ex-german Fokker D VII was handed over to the US Aeroservice. Before that, german Pilots tested the planes and have also losses!
