could have been, but no: JG 27 or JG 53, maybe both if one unit got other unit's planes ...

WNr.10148 is heavily surounded by JG27 and JG5 users. As JG 5 -at least partially - seems to have used up refurbished former JG27 airframes WNr.10148 (StKz GL+GN?) might have been delivered there.
No additional info, though
