Re: Photos 2-28-13

Dobro Srecko!

my fault: it obviously "105". As for the color, it's an assumption stemming from the very feeble contrast between the camouflage and the tactical number...

As for the subtype, all I see points to an G-6 or a G-14 (old engine bulges and small wing bulges). The old three pieces canopy makes me think it's a G-6...

Cheers
Marc

It look like have higher tail, this is why I ask. No problem about the number of color, nobody can give precise color definition from black and white images (especially not from toned down and a bit blend like on this machine).

Strecko

I believe we are looking at a wrecked Belgian Fairey Fox and not a Gladiator.

Nice picture of a shot down Spitfire Vc with Abouquir filter. Obviously, Western Desert
Also, one of the shots is of Kurt Sochatzy II/JG-3 who won a RK. He was taken POW in August 1941 and did not return until 1949. The same shot is in the Monogram Closeup 9 of the Bf109F.

Yes, as always, again and again and again... Nice source for money it seems!
4 years and half of Sochatzy's white 1 ... start to make me vomit.
Don't worry, you aren't guilty... Fortunatly some "pearls" are in auction ... times to times.

BR, Franck.
