Il-2 pilot training

I wonder how well were Il-2 pilots trained to shoot as the opinion of Finnish AAA crews seems to have been very scathing based on veterans' accounts. Reported AAA personnel losses to Il-2 strafing and bombing attacks were quite low despite the attacks being pressed very close. This from Bob Biaudet's book "Ohiampujat".
