I can't see the link between the story and the picture. It seems to me that all pictures are related to Norway in WWII, but not to the events described.

For me the picture show a Ju 52 lost in Norway on 14 April 1940. See http://ktsorens.tihlde.org/flyvrak/lillehammer.html for two other pictures.

The landscape around is very close, and the damage to the aircraft is exactly the same.
