Re: Listo of MIA/KIA pilots from II./SG3 - area Pommern 1945

Hi, Chris

The most obvious source for MIA's should be the combination of the remaining GenQu records and the Vermisstenbildliste of the German Red Cross.

For pilots who were KIA there should be some in the GenQu lists and I will also check what one can find in the different other sources for the area that I have.

In my database I have 12 losses for II./SG 3 for the period February/March 1945.

Regards,
Andreas B

Add to that the NVM of the losses (don't know if they are available somewhere) and the KTB of Lfl.6 in the BA/MA Freiburg.

John

Ps. That would mean doing considerable amount of research and spending some Euro's to obtain these files.

Didn't somebody post the loss pages from the KTB Lfl.6 on here or the LEMB a year or so ago?
