Peter Ehrardt 8/NJG5

Hello,

I'm looking for a photo of Oblt Peter Ehrhardt of 8/NJG5 Nightfighter ace of the Luftwaffe. He shot down a Lancaster LL690 returning from a raid over the marshalling yard of Valenciennes the night of the 15/16 th June 1944. I'm looking for such a photo since 5 years without success. Oblt Ehrhardt took of from Athies Laon aerodrome, here again impossible to find photo of this aerodrome between may and August 1944.

I have this information about the fight recorded somewhere as :
Film C 2027/II Anerk Nr.18

Does anyone knows where I could find such a film (microfilm? reel of the gun camera?)

hi,

al lot of stuff about III./5 can be found in "die dunklen jahre" by alexander steenbeck - even a photo of ehrhardt.
