AT6 expert needed please

Hi there,

a friend of mine found in the sea this aluminium tube with the following marking:

80E68136-.. 0
or maybe
89E68136-.. 0

see pictures;

he believes this may come from an AT6 and he has sorted out the corresponding Illustrated Part Catalog (see attachment):

can anyone confirm that this tube does originate from an AT6 ?

any additional information on this part would be welcome;
