Hello I am looking for some information.
During the periods from March 1940 until June 1941, what were the targets of this Geschwader.

Also I am looking into a crewmember who was either killed or died of wounds.

his name was Friedrich Geishofer I believe he may have been a Bordfunker. and he was in this geschwader.

thanks in advance.

Re: 7/KG76

Very general question.

III./KG 76 was involved in the campaign against France in May-June 1940, and later in the Battle of Britain and subsequent night Blitz until the end of 1940, when it returned to Germany. It returned to France between April and 7 June 1941, probably to participate in the heavy raids on UK in spring 1941.

It then went east to take part in the invasion of the USSR.

Name does not come up after a quick look in KG 76 losses in Battle of France, Battle of Britain, Blitz or VDK
