Can anyone identify this aircraft type? The photo was sold recently on eBay.

Edit: for some strange reason, I cannot post the image shown on eBay.

As Matti has identified, here Miles Master Mk I with the Rolls Royce Kestrel engine. To me, the situation it is in, sitting abandoned & derelict says that it might be with another user other than the RAF. Did the Irish Airforce use the Master, I'd have thought very few Mk Is would have survived to be passed on to anybody.

I think it likelier to be one of the Masters taken to France to assist in converting 607 and 615 Squadrons from Gladiators to Hurricanes.
