Desert Prelude books - co-author update

From the Stone & Stone site:

News from Ludovico Slongo
5 June 2014
Ludovico Slongo—co-author of Desert Prelude: Early Clashes and Desert Prelude: Operation Compass—sends this update on his latest projects.
"The work on the Italian ghost fighter squadron in East Africa (that was the unit of Visintini) continues and we think we'll be able to complete it in 2015. Title—provisional—will be "Wandering Knights, the history of 412 Squadriglia in world war 2". The title comes from the unit's badge (a red prancing horse silhouetted over a black Africa) and his employment in penny packets sent back and forth all along the wide border area between Sudan and Ethiopia. We'll for sure publish it in Italian language—there are too many veteran's relatives that want to read it and don't know English language—but we've already had an offer to translate it and publish it also in English. The study will improve dramatically the knowledge of air operations in this front.... The images, all never seen before and including Italian subjects but also many Wellesley's, Hardy's and Blenheim's wrecks, are particularly impressive.
"Next will be the book on all the air operations in East Africa, for which we are already collecting material.
"The Greek project has lost its priority but will follow in due course."

Usual disclaimer,
Ed
