Seeking details of a Ju 86 crash

Dear Gang,

this may be kind of a long shot but i'll give it a try anyway. I am looking for further details of a crash of which i only have at hand

Date: December 1943
Aircraft: Ju 86 E
Location: Büdingen area, Germany
Crew: only one crew member's surname is known as "Oswald"

If anyone here has some more would be great and is much appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Best Regards
Norbert

Re: Seeking details of a Ju 86 crash

Hello,

Maybe this one?

04.12.1943, FFS B 6, Ort: nich gemeldet, Notlandung infolge Brennstoffmangel, Ju 86, W.Nr. 4030, 30%, crew: (no killed or injured)

Other Ju 86 losses in Decmeber 1943/January 1944 are listed as Eisenstadt, Perleberg, Pinnow, Kastrup, Werneuchen, Erfurt, Holbeck.

Greetings

Re: Seeking details of a Ju 86 crash

@ Recceswind,

thanks a lot for Your kind help. Unfortunately none out of those losses matches. Possibly the date/timeframe of the crash i am looking for is wrong, which wouldn't take me wonder, because all information i have concerning this incident is based on eyewitness report (an often occuring and well known problem). So it's up to me digging out more and/or better details before causing confusion to You and the board-community.

Thanks again and best regards
Norbert
