A very intertesting piece of equipment, but what is it ?

Good morning all,

a friend of mine found in France this very nice equipment, most probably linked with trajectory follow up, but what is it exactly ?...

You can read on it "Askania Berlin, code Bxx"

any idea ?

Hello! At first sight it looks like a very good binocular , wich it it is , but there should be more information on the labels !

a marine telemeter (Rangefinder) which was Askania speciality.
