He 111P shot down 26 August 1940
Several years ago I obtained more details of this incident on the net.
Now I am unable to locate it. I know the commander was Karl Bruning and it crashed in the channel. Can anyone help locate the full details please? Mike

5/KG 55 G1+GN. Fw Karl Brüning-F (uninj), Oblt Fritz Von dem Hagen, Uffz Konrad Steiger, Uffz Willi Lösch, Gefr Gustav Stratmann all wounded. Damaged by 602 Sqn & ditched in Channel
