Seeking Positions and Service dates for Stab I./JG3 Pilots during 1939-40

Hello,

I'm in the process of trying to ID many photos of Stab I./JG3 Bf109s during 1939-40, for the purpose of our EoE Profiles.

Right now I'm trying to determine the service dates and Stab positions of the following:

Lt. Detlev Rohwer. According to his LOCS he was with Stab I./JG3 at the beginning of the war, but strangely his name is not on the EKM list for 3.40. He is Then showing scoring victories during May, 1940. Peter Cornwell has him as the N.O. from 21.8.40, but we know that he was not in that position by 27.10.40 when Oblt Ernst Busch was SD over Britain as the unit N.O. We know that Rohwer was the unit T.O. in 1941, so it seams likely that he was in that position back during the fall-winter of 1940. Can anyone add any hard information to his career during 1940?

I do not know the positions of two officers who were assigned the Gruppenstab during 3.40: Oblt Walter Fiel, who transferred to Sta Kap of 8./JG53 @ 9.9.40 and Oblt Helmut Rau, who became Sta Kap of 3./JG3 on 31.8.40. Does anyone know their Stab positions with I./JG3? The same with Lt Helmut Reumschüssel, Lt Walter Binder, Oblt Hans Jürgen Borchers and Ofw Franz Duerling, all of whom were issued Gruppenstab EKM numbers during 3.40.

Who can help with any of this, including dates of service with the I Gruppenstab?
