Channel convoy - Stuka casualty loss

Hi - looking for relevant feedback to validate as to whether this is a '40/41 casualty ie. book captions tend to conflict with similar incidents around the area between Manston and Thames Estuary - my gut feeling is that this is surely a 1941- possibly January related loss.........?

Thanks.

Thanks - these events are not in question and well documented - but is this confirmation that the photograph here is definitely the (allegedly) same incident or not ?

The photo is one from a series of similar shots (CH2064/5) copyright the Imperial War Museum. They depict the wreckage of the 2./StG1 Ju87B-1 (5225) J9+BK downed by No.92 Squadron at Minster, Thanet, on 5 Februray 1941.
