Bf 109 G-14/AS, Werknummer 786 358 - Luftwaffe and Allied Air Forces Discussion Forum

Dear all,

is there anything known about the orgin of a Bf 109 G-14/AS, Werknummer 786 358? The remains of this a/c were found after the breakout of the 9th Armoured Division from the Remagen bridgehead in late March 1945.

Must have been 6./JG 53 which was stationed at Fp Pforzheim-Huchenfeld.
