Ltn Gerhard Reinecke 1.(F)/121

Hi guys

Ltn Reinecke and two of his crew were wounded on 21 October 1942, when their Ju88 was attacked by a Spitfire.

Can anyone help with identities of his wounded crewmen, and the markings/serial of his aircraft, please?

Cheers
Brian

Hi Matti
Could Ju 88D-1, 430354 be stkz BF+EZ
If so then it flew still in 1944 extract from Flugbuch August Hake
Could this be conformed .

Re: Ltn Gerhard Reinecke 1.(F)/121

Unfortunately I have no SKZ for this WNr. Maybe edNorth could help you? Anyway, it is possible that it would have been flown still in 1944, because 35 % damages were normally repaired. From the Flugbuch-extract I suppose that it was used by some schooling unit, which also is normal for older versions.
When looking at other SKZ near to 430354, I have RA+OD for 430358. This would fit to 430354 = BF+EZ, if a new block RA+OA - RA+OZ was started from 430355. However, this is only speculation and should be confirmed or disproved by somebody, who knows.
