Can someone identify the unit with Feldpostnumber L13568 (18.12.1943)? Can someone explain why the letter bears a postal stamp of Krefeld-Uerdingen, while Posen lies in the east?

3.Kp.Ln.Betr.Abtl.z.b.V.15. But it beats me what it means. It is a Luftnachrichten unit, but Betr. is a puzzle.

Betr. is short for Betrieb, here the translation would be operation.
