Identifying a panel found in Normandy
A little help from my friends...
This part is 1.3 m long and made with wood in the middle and metal outside. No plate no marking. it was found in Normandy on a former air base used by the Luftwaffe then by the Canadians etc.. This part was found in a garbage area, next to a Lancaster compass, German A/C parts , and even a Bunker periscope part. Looks like everything was thrown together.. Any idea ??? Cheers GC |
