Parts from a Jumo 211 engine, the small tab confirms that it was fitted to a Ju 88.

Thanks. I'm agree. It is from a Jumo211 mounted on a JU88. Any idea about the plate?

Exactly! You never see the plate? I believe is part of JU88 nose....
