Looking for Info

Anyone have anything on an FW-190 possibly an A-5 or A-8 with W.Nr. W. 155960. It was lost over the Eastern Front in August 1944. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the info. May I ask what your source was. Also would you have any info, or perhaps suggest a place to look, for an FW-190 A-8 that went down in the same area.

Obermeier, Die Ritterkreuzträger der Luftwaffe, Part I Fighterpilots

Same day a Fw 190 A-8 of III./JG 54 lost - but pilot bailed out unhurt, so no details given, another Fw of 3./JG54 a A-5 (7374) also missing in the area Dünaburg after shot down by Airacobras, Uffz. Hans Dörr missing.

ah and sorry I misspelled : right is 10 km east of Kreuzburg near Dünaburg for Ademeit.
